Where Career Connects Comes In

We help districts meet compliance AND improve postsecondary outcomes for students with IEPs and 504 plans.

Our approach focuses on aligning each student’s unique strengths, needs, and real world opportunities to create meaningful and sustainable career pathways just for them.

A Structured Career Pathway from Grades 9–12

CareerConnects provides a comprehensive, multi-year career readiness model designed to guide students from early exploration to informed decision-making by the time they graduate.
